Bio

I'm a PhD student at Université Grenoble Alpes, under the supervision of Denis Perrin and Margherita Arcangeli (EHESS, Institut Jean Nicod). My doctoral work focuses on the relationship between imagination and episodic memory. More precisely, my aim is to elaborate a new theory of episodic remembering that is based on a popular theory of the imagination, namely recreativism. The projected outcome is a novel and elaborate position in the (dis)continuism debate, that is, the debate concerning whether or not episodically remembering is a form of imagining. In addition, I am interested in a variety of topics in cognitive psychology and the philosophy of mind and language.

I have undergraduate degrees in philosophy and psychology, and did my master's degree in cognitive science at the École Normale Supérieure, Paris.
