I am professor of philosophy of mind and language at the Université Grenoble Alpes. In philosophy of mind, my main focus is on memory. I have worked on the continuism-discontinuism debate about mental time travel, in which I have defended a discontinuist view that posits a procedural causal relation between memory and the past personal episode that is remembered. I have also worked on the phenomenology of episodic remembering, arguing for a metacognitive account of it.
